Smith. Apodaca. Maintenance.
S.A.M. Painting and Construction, originally known as Smith Apodaca Maintenance, was founded by three cousins (Sam and Don Smith and Mike Apodaca) in California in the late 1940s.
Despite challenges, especially during the 2008 economic downturn, the company expanded its services to include siding, roofing, and more. Today, under Pat's leadership, we continue to thrive, thanks to our loyal customers and dedicated team.
Initially focusing on cleaning and painting, the company evolved over generations to specialize in painting. In 2002, Don moved the company to Montana to be closer to his parents and rebuilt it from the ground up.
